The art of making food is one that translates throughout all cultures. Fortunately, I was exposed to the art at the age of six, when I first stuck my head into a fully preheated oven. Since then, I have never doubted that baking would play a pivotal role in my life. Growing up internationally, I was exposed to the hospitality industry at an early age, allowing me to make sense of my passion for baking. As a young child, I simply reveled in the joy of the process from start to finish, but I never stopped to think about why baking meant so much to me. There was always something in the process that I couldn’t quite put my finger on that would always make my day better.

Brad & Butter is my answer to that uncertainty. A part of me always wanted to share that feeling of bliss every time I stepped into the kitchen. Yet, I also wanted to create a platform that not only provided accessible recipes, but also one that celebrated each and every one of Brad & Butter’s followers. Through something I call “hospitality-focused blogging,” Brad & Butter became a medium in which I could make sure I was doing the most to make somebody, anybody’s day better. In reality, that mirrors my perception of hospitality itself: the notion of providing a service, but also providing it in a manner that uplifts other people. Ultimately, my vision for Brad & Butter evolved into hoping that whoever
reads my posts or makes one of my recipes will be able to further appreciate themselves.

Currently, Brad & Butter only operates as a blogging platform. Knowing that the life can often be particularly stressful, I hope Brad & Butter can become a place in which people can take a moment for themselves and realize how impactful their existence is in this world. If you have any question, concerns, or simply need someone to talk to, please feel free to reach out!
