Through a series of fortunate events, I found myself interning at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. As a Food & Beverage Intern, I had the opportunity to work at Gordan Ramsey’s Bread Street Kitchen and Wolfgang Puck’s Spago. This chocolate chip recipe was shared with all customers who entered the restaurant on June 18th, the first year opening anniversary of Bread Street Kitchen in Marina Bay Sands. I haven’t had the chance to personally test out this recipe, but I’ve nibbled on the end result countless of times to know that it’s one of those secret cookie recipes that would impress anyone who tried it. Enjoy!
